Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this site or buy a course, and why.
1. Who is responsible

2. Visiting the site
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you open a page, the server receives technical data your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the page and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel processes this data on our behalf.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and course photos from Unsplash. To deliver them, your browser connects to those providers' servers, which receive your IP address.
3. Your cart
The contents of your cart are stored in your own browser (local storage) so they survive a page reload. This data does not leave your device until you start a payment. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
4. Buying a course
When you pay, we process your email address, billing details and the courses you ordered to complete the purchase, send your receipt and deliver access (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. or, if you choose it, by Whop Inc. Card details go directly to these providers and never reach our servers. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
We keep order records for as long as tax and commercial law require.
5. Contacting us
If you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some of the providers above are based in the United States. Where data is transferred there, this is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a copy of it in a portable format. You can also complain to a data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email support@ground-work.app.
